Our team is made up of individuals from many backgrounds, faiths and walks of life, united by a shared love of great hospitality and community spirit. Together, we’ve built a culture based on empathy, teamwork and belonging — where everyone feels valued and supported.

Our community is our extended family, and giving back has always been part of who we are. From supporting local clubs and charities like Barnard Castle Golf Club to hosting our annual free Christmas Day meal for the homeless, lonely and vulnerable, we’re committed to making a difference wherever we can.
